Yangon arrival

DAY 1

Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our Tour guide and transfer to hotel check in. Your sightseeing will start by visiting CHAUK HTUT GYI Pagoda (Big Reclining Buddha 72 meters long), SULE Pagoda which situated in central of Yangon, photo stop at City Hall (featuring classic Myanmar architectural design), and BOGYOKE Market which has many Jewelry shops, Myanmar Traditional wears and others.

At the evening will visit the magnificent SHWEDAGON pagoda which one of the World Wonder. And then walk in the China Town which always crowed with streets stalls.

DAY 2

Yangon to Mandalay by flight and visit to ancient city Amarapura, 1783 AD. Mahagandayon Monastery, U Bein Bridge constructed in 1849.

DAY 3

After Breakfast, will start sightseeing to Mingun (an acient city of 1790-1797 AD). Transfer to Mandalay Jetty, take a Private boat sailing up the Ayeyarwady River about 1 hrs. The largest unfinished ruin Pathodawgyi pagoda, the Myattheinthan pogada and the Third largest bronze bell in the World.

And then to visit Mahar Myat Muni Buddha Image. Shwenandaw Monastery, Atumashi Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda which called the world’s largest book.

DAY 4

After Breakfast, go to Monywa (3 hr. drive). Stop at Sagaing, located 21km southwest of Mandalay. Discovery of Sagaing, known for his art on pottery as well as for its Kaung-Hmu-Daw Pagoda. And then visit to Poe Win Taung caves which contain more than 4000 statues of Buddha.

DAY 5

After Breakfast, go to Bagan passing by the town of Pakokku (3:30 hr drive). Along the way visit the amazing complex of the Thamboday containing more than 590,000 Pagoda Buddha Images. Visit the beautiful village of Ma-Oo with pagodas of the 13 century. The villagers are farmers and producers of incense.. A private boat will wait you on the banks of the Ayeyarwaddy River to go to Bagan (mini cruise about 1:30 hr. Transfer by bus from the Jetty of Bagan to the hotel.

DAY 6

After Breakfast, will visit to Bagan. The city have the thousand pagodas. You willwalk the streets to discover its colorful market, Naung Oo Market, and pagoda such as Shwezigone Pagoda, Htilominlo Pagoda, Dhammayangyi Pagoda, Ananda Temple, Maha Buddhi Temple, etc.. Especially you can visit a local workshop of lacquer ware and watching the Sunset at Lawkananda Pagoda.

DAY 7

After Breakfast Bagna 2^nd full day sightseeing will start with Nathlaung Kyaung, Myazedi Pagoda. Kyansitthar Umin ( the tunnel was built in the late thirteenth century), Nagayon Pogoda and Apeyatanar Pagoda.

At the afternoon visit Nga-Kyawe-na-daung Pagoda, Thathy innya Pagoda. Manuha, Mingalarzedi.

Watch the sunset by boat on the Ayeyarwaddy River.

Over night at Bagan.

 

DAY 8

After breakfast, drive from Bagan to Kalaw. On the way stop and visit at Mount Popa. It would be the heart of an extinct volcano (1500meters). It is famous as a Oasis of central Myanmar during the dry season.

The main attractions of Kalaw is having colonial burlesque-style bungalows and having various ethnic of Myanmar.

On the way to Kalaw will visit some villages.

DAY 9

After breakfast, leave for a trek to the villages around Kalaw and meeting of the Palaung minorities and visiting farm. And then drive to Pindaya, a picturesque town, about 65 km north of Kalaw.

DAY 10

After breakfast, visit to Pindaya Cave. Natural limestone cave containing 8094 statues of Buddha. It is a labyrinth of rooms containing statues. You can find various forms __ tiny, huge, made of white marble, bronze or plaster. Some smaller rooms serve as meditation rooms. And visit to a factory of paper mulberry and parasols. Every 5 days, have a market of ethnic groups in Pindaya. On the way to Inle Lake you can see many beautiful views.

DAY 11

After breakfast, will start sightseeing in Inle Lake, located about 900 meters above sea level and surrounded by blue mountains. The Lake is the second largest natural lake of Myanmar. It is famous for its people who stays in Inle lake with their traditional house. One of the tourist attractions of the lake is fishermen who row their boats with their lefs.

Sightseeing will start with Phaund Daw Oo Pagoda, Ngaphekyaung Monastery, Silk waving and producing Cheroot with traditional ways.

In the evening visit to Shwe Inn Deing pagoda.

Overnight at Inle lake.

DAY 12

After breakfast, transfer to Heho Airport to return Yangon. Then go to Kyaikhtiyo (Golden rock) 158 km from Yangon by private car. When you arrive the base camp of mountain you have to transfer to local bus to reach the mountain of Golden rock, its long 11 km and takes about 45 min.. Will visit Kyaihtiyo pagoda, known as the Golden Rock pagoda, huge covered roller full of leaves of leaves of gold and in delicate balance on the edge of a cliff.

Overnight at Kyaikhtiyo.

DAY 13

After breakfast, return back to Yangon. On the way visit to Shewmawdaw pagoda, Kanbawzathadi Palace and Shwetharlyaung Pagoda (Huge lying Buddha Image its long 55 meters). And then stop and visit at Kyaikpon Pagoda. Arrived at Yango around 17:00.

Overnight at Yangon.

DAY 14

After breakfast, morning sightseeing in Yangon downtown area and return to hotel and rest. And then transfer to Yangon International Airport to depart.
